Delivery Policy

Delivery policy (for tangible goods)

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is not available, our page will show it as out of stock and it will not be available until it is in stock. When that item is available, you are free to place your order. Shipping costs for your order are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.

The order may take 1 week to be delivered. The delivery date of your order may vary due to the shipping practices of the carrier, the delivery location, the delivery method and the quantity of items ordered but will never exceed 1 week. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order. If there is any damage or non-conformity to the items you ordered, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so that it can be refunded.
